The web application acts as an interface for users to configure and manage the pill dispenser system remotely. It provides a seamless and user-friendly platform to set up pill schedules, monitor dispenser activity, and receive notifications. Pill scheduling: Allows users to create and manage pill schedules with inputs such as: Time of dispensing. I decided to make a smart pill dispenser that could remind about medicine and dispense it on press of a button. If in case dose is missed a notification is sent to caretaker. Device is portable and powered by a Li-Po battery which can be charged over USB cable. Buzzer and LED is used for alarm. Here is demonstration video:

The Pill Reminder is an Arduino controlled device to prompt a person when it is time to take their pills. The Pill Reminder has 14 pill compartments. Each compartment corresponds to one day of the week. Each day of the week has two compartments, one for morning pills and one for evening pills. Each pill compartment has an LED above it.
1. Base: It supports the rest of the dispenser.It has two holes in order to make the motion sensor functional. It contains a flap which brings the pills into the cup. 2. Slider: The top of the slider supports the pill containers.Underneath there is a slope in which the pills go all the way down to the flap.

Using an Arduino allows you to customize your pill dispenser and add other features. For example, you can add a liquid crystal display (LCD) to show the date, time, and important messages.
